Inspiration Requirement:
All custom requests must be based on an existing Juuney piece. Pattern-making is a core part of my process—it takes time, precision, and care. Starting from a design I’ve already created helps streamline the work, saves you money, and gives me more time to make the magic happen!

Creative Direction Disclosure:
Custom doesn’t mean copy-paste! While I love collaborating, I kindly ask that you trust my design instincts and style. I’ll make sure your piece feels uniquely “you,” while still staying true to the Juuney vibe.

Fabric Disclosure:
At Juuney, we prioritize sustainability by sourcing vintage, antique, and other secondhand fabrics. While we’ll do our best to match your requested fabric type and color, availability may vary. Rest assured, we’ll confirm all materials and details with you before production begins.

Email Disclosure:
All communication about your custom order will be conducted via email. Please double-check that your email address is accurate and monitor your inbox regularly. You can expect to receive an update regarding your application within 3–5 business days.

Rush Fees Disclosure:
Rush fees may apply to orders requiring a faster turnaround than our standard production timeline. If applicable, these fees will be discussed and approved by you before any charges are added.
